HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We ship directly from our place in Oklahoma, the USA.

Shipping costs vary according to the item (weight based shipping), and your location. So once you add your items to your cart, on the shipping selection screen you will be able to select between USPS and UPS and choose what speed you’d like your package to ship. It will show you the costs accordingly.

Please note: Orders require processing time + Ship time.
If there is a High Demand on products it could change, but current ordering processing times are:

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes. You can customize various products. There will be a custom product you can chose from in each category then upload your graphics. There is Information rules on the various custom product pages too. No minimums, you can order as little as 1 custom. Some examples I have made are items with peoples loved ones, animals, group of Friends, themselves, memorials, remembrances & etc. There is a disclaimer in this accordion section for rules & more information too.

“Will it actually look like what I see on my screen?”
We will do our absolute best to recreate what you see on screen, however, it will never be 100% accurate. You can bet on 90%-95% accuracy and our efforts for continuous improvement and customer service! We encourage you to place all logos or critical elements away from the edges, so they are included on the garment and less exposed to getting cut off.

DO YOU HAVE PRICE BREAKS FOR ORDERING MORE?
It depends on what product and you can contact us to enquire for more information. For example 20 or more masks there is a price break.

WILL THE COLORS FADE, CRACK OR PEEL?
There are various products offered. On Apparel No, they will not fade. We recommend washing cold wash with Like colors and hang drying. Our Colors are crisp and clean and are part of the fabric of the garment, so if you take care of your apparel it will last you a long time! Items such as glass, ceramic, metal, license plates if you leave in direct sunlight for a long amount of time there will be some fading. So don’t leave in direct sunlight.
Our technique (Sublimation) fuses the ink into the product for maximum durability and longevity. Our products are custom hand made here at my place in OK and made when ordered.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Each category product will have information about returns. All items that are returnable must be in unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot take any returns or exchanges on CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom orders with your photos, designs, or name on them cannot be sold to anyone else so they are specifically made for you. All sales are final on custom orders unless we sent you the wrong size or if you find a damage to the product.

When Ordering:
Be sure and enter valid contact information (Name, Address, Phone, Email), if you don’t you could be flagged for Fraud Prevention and either your Order will not go through or your Order Canceled. If we are unable to get in contact (such as Email or Phone) with you the order will have to be Canceled.

Each product is hand made, checked to ensure quality and will do our best to provide them without any defects.  No item is exactly alike as this is a 100% custom process to produce them.  For example a break in the pattern will appear on each of the sides of the socks. We do our best to make it look natural and eliminate the line on the sides so it looks like a seam to seam print, however, this break is part of the tolerance level and a norm in this kind of sock. Some manufacturer variance does occur and is normal. Some imperfections possible, or dead spots where the print cannot reach is part of the process. Each piece is a custom one of one.

– On Custom Orders You are responsible for uploading an image with high quality.  I (Spirit Shack) will not take responsibility for an image printing pixelated or with low resolution if the image you provide was of low quality.
– By purchasing and uploading an image You assume all risks, copyrights and responsibilities of making this purchase.  Spirit Shack assumes no responsibility for the content or image uploaded.

Spirit Shack takes pride & strives to provide you with the highest quality products possible. Please provide the best photo as you can because the end results are only as good as the photos you supply. It needs to be good clear photos with the highest resolution possible preferably 300 dpi, but I know phones are usually 72 dpi. We will contact you if we feel that the photo you provided will not have the best results. My goal is to provide you with great products you will be proud to have & display or give as gifts.

Everything is done right here at my place in Oklahoma, nothing is outsourced. Spirit Shack will strive to provide big-city service in a small-town fashion. Our custom apparel is strong & meant to last. However, special care should be taken when washing your apparel to avoid harming the dye and fabric. Use cold/warm water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Use mild detergent and avoid the use of bleach, fabric softeners and dryer sheets.

For extra care of your Garment / Apparel you can machine wash inside-out, it will also help with aid in damage prevention from other items in your load.
